01 — Book your appointment with me
Looking to take control of your health? Let's get started! Simply scroll up and schedule your chosen package with me now. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your health questionnaire and 3-day food diary, both of which can be easily completed online from the comfort of your own device. Rest assured, your information is safe and completely confidential.
Once you've submitted the forms, I'll have everything I need to help you on your journey to wellness.
02 — Our time together
Once you've completed your health questionnaire and food diary, we'll dive deeper during your initial consultation online via Zoom Video Call. Our time together will last up to 60-minutes, and it's all about you. We'll discuss your main health concerns and symptoms, taking a holistic approach to understand your body's overall function and identify any imbalances.
But it doesn't stop there - mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being are also crucial factors that we'll take into consideration. And if needed, I may recommend tests such as blood, urine, saliva, and stool tests to gather more information.
03 — Your personalised plan
After your initial consultation, it's time to put our plan into action. Within 4-5 working days, I'll send you a personalised nutrition plan via email that's tailored to your unique needs and goals. This comprehensive plan will provide you with all the recommendations you need to follow for the next 12-weeks, including supplement and lifestyle recommendations if necessary. Emphasising the importance of high-quality foods specifically for you, your plan will also focus on phytonutrient diversity to address any clinical imbalances. The ultimate goal is to alleviate your current health symptoms, empower you, and move you towards the highest expression of health.
With every package, you will receive a 12-week meal plan with recipes that are easily accessible through an app on your phone. That way, you can enjoy delicious, healthy meals while following the foods and nutrients prescribed in your recommendations. Taking care of your health shouldn't mean sacrificing taste or the enjoyment of food. In fact, part of the healing process is finding joy in what we eat and the process of making it. And don't worry, your cultural foods will always be taken into consideration. We'll work together to create a plan that works for you.
Each plan is based on a thorough assessment, including your recent health questionnaire, comprehensive case taking during your consultation, dietary assessment, and any laboratory testing if performed.
04 — Your follow-up sessions
Your journey to optimal health doesn't end with the initial consultation - it's just the beginning. That's why each package includes your follow-up sessions based on how much support you would like throughout the 12-week program.
Before your follow-up, you'll receive another health questionnaire via email. Don't worry - they're easy to fill out and you can do so on any device, wherever you are. Then, we'll meet online via Zoom for your 45-minute follow-up session.
During your follow-ups, we'll monitor your progress, make any necessary adjustments to your plan, and discuss any questions, concerns, or challenges you may have encountered. With my ongoing support and guidance, we'll develop a therapeutic partnership that will empower you to take charge of your health and wellbeing.
While some clients may require more frequent follow-ups, my goal is to get you to a place where you feel confident and empowered enough to move forward on your own. However, even after you've achieved optimal health, you can always book my 12-week Maintenance Mastery Program. Some clients may choose this package to support specific life-stage requirements or major life events. Examples include pre/post-pregnancy, moving home, upcoming sports events, post-illness, post-surgery, ageing or routine maintenance.

I am a registered and certified Nutritional Therapist. I started my studies in 2011 and hold a BSc Hons degree in Nutritional Therapy with the Institute of Optimum Nutrition and the University of Portsmouth, a Gold TEF-rated university, as well as a higher-level Diploma after 3 years of studying biomedicine and nutritional therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, England.
I am a member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine), a professional body for Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioners, and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council), the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners.
I practice continued medical education (CME) with the world-renowned Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM). I have completed the IFM's Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) training. My teachers include Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Patrick Hanaway, Dr. Elizabeth Boham, and Dr. Joel Evans.

Your initial consultation lasts up to 60 minutes. We will address your health concerns, review your body’s systems, and identify potential imbalances. Mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being is also considered. In some cases, functional lab tests (blood, urine, saliva, stool) may be recommended.
Your personalised nutrition plan will be emailed within 5-7 working days, including dietary, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations and a personalised meal plan accessible via an app.

Follow-ups monitor your progress, adjust your plan, and guide you through the next phases of your healing journey. Further testing may be required, and functional lab analysis can be used to track progress.
Ongoing support fosters a therapeutic partnership, ensuring you feel confident and empowered. Follow-ups can also be booked for different life stages, such as pre/post-pregnancy, post-illness, or before/after surgery.

6. Can I roll over unused follow-ups? No, all initial consultations and follow-up appointments must be completed within the 12-week program window, starting from the date of your initial consultation. Follow-ups cannot be extended or rolled over. In cases of documented medical emergencies, the program may be paused at the discretion of the Provider, with appropriate documentation required.

No, all fees associated with the personalised nutrition program are non-refundable once the program has been purchased, regardless of participation or completion.

After purchasing a program, you'll receive a confirmation email with booking links for your initial consultation and follow-ups. It is your responsibility to schedule all appointments within the 12-week program period. Missed appointments or delays in booking may result in forfeited sessions, as follow-ups cannot be extended beyond the program timeframe.
