Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Lana Almulla, a Nutritional Therapist ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"), and the individuals ("Clients," "you," or "your") purchasing and using personalised nutrition programs provided by Provider. By accessing, using, or purchasing our personalised nutrition programs, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before engaging with our services.
1. Services
1.1. Description: Provider offers personalised nutrition programs, including dietary plans, recommendations, and educational materials tailored to individual Clients' needs and goals.
1.2. Scope: These personalised nutrition programs are for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Clients must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services.
2.2. Clients must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
3. Disclaimer
3.1. Not Medical Advice: The personalised nutrition programs provided by Provider are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients should always consult with a medical healthcare professional before making dietary or lifestyle changes.
3.2. No Guaranteed Results: Provider cannot guarantee specific results from the personalised nutrition programs. Individual results may vary depending on various factors, including compliance with recommendations.
3.3. Health Risks: Clients understand and acknowledge that changing their diet or lifestyle may carry inherent health risks. Provider shall not be responsible for any adverse health effects resulting from Clients' use of our services.
4. Program Duration and Appointment Scheduling
4.1. All initial consultations and follow-up appointments must be completed within the 12-week program window, starting from the date of the initial consultation booking.
4.2. Follow-up appointments cannot be "rolled over" or extended beyond the 12-week program period. It is the Client's responsibility to book all appointments within this timeframe.
4.3. In cases of documented medical emergencies, the program may be paused at the discretion of the Provider. The Client must provide appropriate documentation to support the request for pausing the program.
5. Payment and Fees
5.1. Clients agree to pay the fees associated with the personalised nutrition program as specified on our website or as agreed upon in writing.
5.2. All fees associated with the personalised nutrition program are non-refundable once the program has been purchased, regardless of the extent of participation or completion by the Client.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. Provider will keep all Client information confidential in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
7.1. Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any Client who violates these Terms or engages in any inappropriate or harmful behaviour, as determined by Provider's sole discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the personalised nutrition programs, even if Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1. Provider reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
